A client in Travel Insurance Claims, having expanded their portfolio, were experiencing challenges with educating their agents on the intricacies of their growing book of products, resulting in data quality issues and increasing the risk of claim overpayments and errors. Through TSQL coding and minor tweaks to their UI, product selection drop-downs were made dynamic ensuring only relevant product options are presented as policy options are selected. This not only streamlines the UX with fewer choices presented to users, but also ensures the correct controls and constraints are implemented to improve data quality and significantly reduce risk of agent error (in product selection) to almost zero.
