An FSA regulated business required a more consumable Complaints Log to consolidate their complaints process and enable statistical reporting to their clients to fulfil new FSA requirements. Being a small, local, business, their budget was limited. Utilising their existing tools, an Excel spreadsheet was developed to include data constraints, lookups, cell locking and conditionally formatted cell highlighting ensuring an easy user experience with a high level of data quality. Storing the Complaints Log on SharePoint enables collaboration, change tracking and access control. A Power BI Report connects to the Complaints Log providing MI and exports for their clients.
