A not-for-profit organisation, being entitled to free PAF (Postcode Address Finder) data, were unable to consume it meaningfully. Using a free version of SQL Server, import processes were developed alongside TSQL procedures to return formatted address data based on input parameters. This enables a non-technical user to import PAF updates and extract address lookup data, with a supporting execution help document and a one hour training session.
