An insurance claims management client, having acquired new business, needed claims data from 2 different 3rd party systems. Data was provided in CSV’s along with half a million documents. TSQL scripts to transform the data from CSV into the clients SQL Server database were developed, tested then run in full on business transfer day. The clients database was also evolved to enable historic, closed, migrated claims to exist without impacting reporting whilst enabling open claims to be progress & reported on as normal through to completion.
